Currently, our
Report Archiving feature allows you to save a digital copy of the
reports you print in day-to-day operation. Our Report Archiving system
has a list of all the reports in the system, including checks and
invoices, you simply click and choose which reports you want to store
on your hard drive. All the files are compressed to save disk space.
Digital Reports On Screen -
Digital Reports allow you to choose whether you would like to print a
report or opt for a digital report. For example, if you wanted to run
an A/R Age Report to reference a client's open items, you click a
check box on the program that would output an on screen report. Since
you are not physically printing the report, this feature would allow
you to save paper, give you fast reference access, and eliminate the
reports you have to shred.
