Customer Resource Center - Client Portal
We have just developed our Remote Access Servers (RAS). RAS allows branch offices or administrators to dial into the main office server and have real-time access to all programs and files remotely. The next step is to offer a set of programs for your clients allowing them to dial into your server as well. The Client Portal would give your customers the ability to access specially designed programs that would enable them to place new orders, enter time cards, give performance reviews, and view outstanding invoices. This system would be logically separated from your main database files. Whereas, the information and access available to your clients is limited to these specific functions. This feature would allow you to offer more services and greater customer care.
Automated Resume Retrieval-
This feature will allow you to create a list of resumes to be faxed or emailed to clients with current job requests. Using the Search System you can find qualified Temps based on skills required. After you get your list of qualified Temps, simply click on their name and their resume will be stored in a Desktop folder. You can either print and fax the resumes or attach the file to an email to send to your client. Depending on your web services, you could even upload the files to you website.
